Return Policy & Procedures

You MUST obtain an RMA number PRIOR to returning your part or NO refund will be given. We guarantee all parts free from defects, yet every once in a thousand, a defective part is found. We will replace the defective part with a replacement part, yet to determine this, we will ask for pictures of your installation as well as the steps you performed while installing it. If you are not sure how to install it, DON'T. Contact us and ask us for possible tech help if available. If you do not know how to install a part, find a knowledgable person to install the part for you. All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair.  Please be sure to follow the return guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return.  A 20% restock fee may apply for returned items.

Processing a return may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received.
