Extra Details

Note: There are two small holes in each side of the cylinder cup, these are "bleeder" holes and they are supposed to be there. Air compressors must have a method of bleeding off air pressure between the top of the piston and the in-tank check valve when the pump shuts off. This allows the motor to restart without pressure on the piston. One method of releasing the air once the pump shuts off is to have a hole(s) in the cylinder cup.
